They may make you think is easy but not, i will tell you the story of a frustrated guy with banks! in november of 2012 being outside of Spain, the country in wich i have all my financial products a dedicated server fee from a client passed to my card, the amount was 365 euros, well is not a problem if you have the money, my problem was that i didnt have any money on the account, and i didnt realize it until 2 weeks later. i talked with the client and i put the money on the account. case closed problem fixed. but i was stranged they way the bank behaves, but beacuse i was outside spain it was dificult to call them. so i decided to put a ticket in their online bank. if i have not asked to have a negative balance fee how is possible to have a -300 euro of that? i did tha question but the administrator of the office decided that those kind of tikets are not from the style of client of this bank. he killed my 2 mastercard cards. reason? because we can. then killed my secure acces card to the online bank
Im a web designer, im payed all over the world using paypal, paypal works great, and with the spanish bank worked like a charm using my wifes account, but without a functional card what i should do? well payoneer went to the rescue, in their page they say this is the product you need for countrys like colombia where paypal have not yet given the oportunity to link local accounts. so i entered to paypal, create my account, then entered to payoneer asked for the card. in a month or so i had my card in my mailbox.
the story goes nice until i started using the service. please read my other post. in here i want to put the information they reviewd to be able to acces to Us Payment Service.
They will ask for your ID or passport, they will ask what you do, and links to prove that, they will want to see your bank acount and some guy who doesnt like my name will decide if you are able to have that service or not.
This is the copy of the info i sent. im a web designer, i have a lot of sites signed by my name, others as a company wich i work with. and my bank account show normal numbers for a guy that does webdesign. I had to wait more than a month to have their answer, the reason why not is still a mistery, the dont tell you why so do not put money there until you have your US PAYMENT APROVED
